The all weather gallops were put to the test recently, with the recent snow fall and freezing temperatures. With the horses all needing work and the arena under 6 inches of snow, things were looking pretty bleak until Julian and Nick got into the JCB and tractor to clear the new 5 furlong waxed Martin Collins gallops. After a quick burn up with the machinery, the horses took their turn and blew off a lot of pent up steam! It was a beautiful sight - watching them power up the hill with snow topped trees and blanket covered fields surrounding them....
